How it works

  1. Write what's on your mind

Messy is fine. Write it the way you'd say it.

  2. Pick a focus

Make sense of it, Let it out, Gratitude, Next steps or Celebrate a win.

  3. Keep it or adjust it

Ask for a version that's kinder to yourself, a small next step or a prompt to keep writing.

An example

What's on your mind?

rough day. felt ignored in the meeting, i suggested the new rota idea and mark just moved on then he said the same thing 10 min later and everyone liked it idk if im overreacting

Your entry

Today's meeting got under my skin. I suggested the new rota idea, and Mark just moved on. Ten minutes later he brought up the same thing, and everyone liked it. I keep asking myself if I'm overreacting. I don't think I am. It makes sense to feel stung when an idea gets passed over and then praised in someone else's words. It doesn't mean the idea was bad. Maybe next time I'll follow up in writing after I suggest something, so it's on record.

Then make it yours

  • Kinder to myself
  • More honest
  • Small next step
  • Add a prompt
  • Sound like me
  • Try again
