Delete your account

1. Email us from the address you use to sign in to Preener.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Preener account”. You don’t need to give a reason.
3. We confirm by email, then delete your account within 30 days.

• your account, email address, name and profile photo;
• your saved writing, drafts stored with your account, and files you attached;
• your writing preferences, keyboard buttons and usage records.

Data stored only on your phone, such as typing history and keyboard settings, is removed when you uninstall the app.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Pro subscription, because Google Play manages billing. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Google keeps its own purchase records under its policies.
