Questions, answered

Can Preener read everything I type?
No. On Android, word suggestions work entirely on your phone. Text is sent to Preener only when you choose an AI action, ask for replies, or use voice clean-up. In Chrome, nothing is sent until you click the bird and pick an action. Password fields are always excluded. Settings and personal dictionary backup are separate, optional switches.
Is there a Chrome extension?
Yes. Preener AI Writing Assistant is free on the Chrome Web Store. Click the bird in any text box on the web, including Gmail and Google Docs, pick an action and the text is fixed in place, with Undo. It uses the same account as the Android app and preener.ai.
Why does Android show a warning when I turn it on?
Android shows the same notice for every keyboard that isn’t built in, including big-name ones. It’s standard, not specific to Preener.
Why do I need an account?
It keeps the free daily AI help fair for everyone and lets you keep saved writing across your phone and computer. One account works in the Android app, in Chrome and on the web. Settings and personal dictionary backup are optional.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan includes AI help every day. Pro gives you about 10,000 AI actions a month. Very long texts count as more than one action.
Can I use Preener on a computer?
Yes. Add the Chrome extension to use Preener in any text box on the web, or sign in at preener.ai with the same Google account or email and every action works in your browser. You can get Pro there too, and Pro works the same on every device.
Which languages does it support?
English for now.
How do I delete my account?
Go to preener.ai/delete-account and send us a request from the email address you sign in with. We delete your account and everything in it.
