Preener is made by Addiyon LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. “We” and “us” in these terms mean Addiyon LLC. Our mailing address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at support@preener.ai.

These terms cover the Preener AI Keyboard app for Android, the Preener AI Writing Assistant extension for Chrome, Preener on the web at preener.ai/app and the preener.ai website. By creating an account or using Preener, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we receive and how long we keep it.

You need an account to use Preener. You sign in with Google or with a code we email you, and the same account works on Android, in Chrome and on the web. Keep access to your email and Google account safe, because anyone who can read them can sign in as you.

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country if it’s higher, to use Preener. One account is for one person.

You own the text you give Preener and the results it writes for you. You give us permission to process that text only to run the actions you choose, keep what you save, and operate and secure the service. We don’t use your writing to train AI models.

Results are written by AI. They can be wrong, miss context or say something you didn’t mean. Read them before you send, post or rely on them, especially for anything legal, medical, financial or otherwise important. You’re responsible for what you send.

Please don’t use Preener to:

• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• write spam, scams, malware or anything illegal;
• get around daily limits, for example with several accounts, or resell access to Preener;
• overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or reach it other than through our apps and website.

If an account breaks these rules, we may limit or close it. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and explain why.

The free plan includes AI help every day, up to a daily limit. Pro costs $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year in US dollars, and works everywhere you sign in to the same account. Pro covers heavy everyday use, with a daily safety limit to stop abuse. Prices shown at checkout, including any local taxes, are the ones that apply. There is no free trial.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If we change the price, we’ll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Bought in the Android app. Google Play handles the payment. Cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

Bought on preener.ai. Stripe handles the payment. Open Pro in Settings on preener.ai and choose Manage subscription to cancel, change plan, update your card or download invoices.

When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again. We don’t refund the rest of a period you’ve started, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, email support@preener.ai and we’ll look into it.

Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on preener.ai straight away. A Google Play subscription has to be cancelled in Google Play.

We keep improving Preener, so features, actions and limits can change. If we make a change that takes away something important you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance. If you don’t want to keep using Preener after a change, you can cancel and delete your account.

You can stop using Preener and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it.

We work to keep Preener available and accurate, but it’s provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses or for what happens because of text you chose to send, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
