Dear Rob, Please accept this as notice that I'm resigning from my position at Acme Logistics. My last day will be June 30. I've accepted a new role, and it wasn't an easy decision after four years here. Thank you for your support over that time. I've learned a lot working with you. I'm happy to help train my replacement and make the handover as smooth as I can before I go. Best regards, [Your name]

Questions, answered
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan gives you AI help every day, and Pro gives you about 10,000 AI actions a month. You sign in with Google or a code we email you, so your work follows you to every device.
Will it sound like AI?
It reads like a polite note from a real employee, without overblown thanks or stock lines. It mentions only the reason and dates you give, and leaves the reason out if you choose Keep it private.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Install the Preener keyboard for Android and open Resignation letter from the keyboard in any app. Your account also works in Chrome and on the web.
